Preschool Program Session:
We offer three hours of preschool classes daily and extended childcare is available too. Our preschool program is designed to meet the needs of those children going into kindergarten.
Your child will be provided equipment and materials to enhance his/her skills and knowledge at their own pace.
I offer a curriculum and schedule that I have developed myself according to child’s abilities, skills, and needs, combined with “Creative Curriculum”
My program is varied to promote the educational, social, cultural, emotional and recreational development appropriate to the ages and developmental levels of all the children including activities for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and kindergartens.
We will conduct a wide variety of activities that challenge each child’s creative talent and imagination.
We provide age-appropriate activities for each child according to their abilities.
My program will be providing experiences that are designed to influence positive self-concepts, recognizing that each child is a member of a family.

About Me
Anel Saavedra
Allow me to introduce myself; I’m Anel. I have a certificate in Child Development from Los Medanos College & I have an Associate of Science in Child Development Degree. I have been a licensed family childcare provider since 2005 for children ages 4 months to six years old. I have a California Teacher Permit Credential, Child Development Specialization Site-Supervision/Program Director & Certificate in Special Needs and Infants and Toddlers. I and my program were accredited by the National Association for Family Childcare (NAFCC) in 2012. I actively participate in the Federal Food program and was selected as a “PMD Program” (Preschool Makes a Difference) of the Contra Costa First 5 & I have been participating in QRIS Program (Quality Rating & Improvement System), I have currently been selected as a mentor for Los Medanos College. I am a member of the local Family Childcare Association (Family Childcare of CCC) and Childcare Providers United. I have a CCIP Certificate, and I’m participating and using The Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS), The kids are screened based in ASQ-3, ASQ-SE and Desired Results Developmental Profile (DRDP), I continually take regularly workshops in Early Childhood Development to keep me current in the field. I am certified in CPR, First Aid, Foster Parents and I am bilingual (Spanish-English).
